Dream Team Football Academy (DTFA) project was initiated in 2010 by a not-for-profit organization known as “Association des Ancients Footballeurs Rwandais”. The aim of this group of Rwandan former soccer players is to promote Rwandian football by providing superior football training to local boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18.
Today, the Dream team Academy has more than 220 registered students. We operate from the training centre at Kicukiro College of Technology that has three football fields. Our six coaches have all been trained by the Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA).
Dream Team Football Academy provides a safe after-school environment where children can participate in a variety football skills programs, develop positive relationships and experience new football opportunities.
